1. Free Shipping

We provide free standard shipping across India. There is no separate shipping charge added to eligible orders.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, a ₹100 partial payment is required at the time of placing the order.

The remaining order amount can be paid through Cash on Delivery when the order is delivered.

Example:
If your order value is ₹2,500, you will pay ₹100 online while placing the order and the remaining ₹2,400 will be payable at delivery.

The ₹100 partial payment is adjusted against your total order value and is not an additional shipping or service charge.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after confirmation of payment/order details. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays caused by courier partners, weather, holidays, festivals or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through WhatsApp, SMS, email or other available communication channels.
